Can anyone help me with Hp Photosmart Camera?

Apparently something is wrong with the debugger.

i cannot transfer pictures properly to the file, i cannot open premiere, any of that stuff. all of the files seem to have the same error code pertaining to a problem with the debugger.

i have spoken to a lot of technicians and have searched upon many solutions. (ie; reinstalling software, java, deleteing the software totally and downloading more, searching the user's manual, scanning the files, etc)

nothing seems to be working, and the problem persists.

i have been trying to fix this problem for a really long while, and thought that maybe you could all help me out a little bit more?

sometimes the professionals don't know it all... obviously.
