while surfing the net either via firefox or IE suddenly it will lost ? connection and messge come up as firefox encounter problem need to close....... is it my computer or poor ISP or what's wrong. need some answer please.

It sounds like a network problem.
Download the latest network card drivers, uninstall your network card and then reinstall it.
If you use a USB modem instead, then download the latest modem drivers, uninstall your modem and reinstall it.

It is difficult to say. It is not a connection problem though.
The browser encountered a piece of code it did not understand and had to close.
Does it happen when you're on the same site for both browsers? If so then it might just be the site that you're looking at. Try updating things like Java, Shockwave, Flash and see if that makes any difference (Just google update then Java/Flash/Shockwave and it'll take you to the right site)
Otherwise it could just be your connection dropping out temporarily, it happens all the time and usually comes back afte r a minute or two.
