I was trying to help a neighbor with her problem As I saw her computer is full of spyware and viruses and she has no protection against any of those, when i tried to open IE, I got the error message that google toolbar was interfering. So I deleted the google toolbar, tried opening the IE again and still no luck. Ie just won't open and no messages as to why. i tried to go to Safe Mode with networking, but since she has dial up I couldn't do it either, it said that it found problem with the connection and it told me to change the location. I tried to change the location and it still doesn't work. I am not sure how to open IE because I wanted to run online scanners and download some protection for her computer. Any ideas would be appreciated.
