ok so here is my problem...
im 13
like 130lb
and i want to loose like 10-15 lb
and the bigger problem....
im alergic to like EVERYTHING!
NO thin skinned friuts and vegetables [ie. apples%26amp; carrots]
NO citrus fruits
NOO nut products [including almonds, pistachios and walnuts]
so basicall im a mess

it doesn't matter what you eat just look at the calories of each item and when your done eating go to your local gym or work out at home what ever calories you ate burn off by working out so after you burned those off it would be like you ate nothing for the day you will see pounds dropping in 2 weeks and a change physically in a month i suggest joining a school sport like volleyball, softball, or lacrosse any thats at your school.

i am a fattie too i just got liposuction and geuss WHAT!!! you get to keep the extra fat so you can use it as a stress ball incase the lipo is a failure and it makes a GREAT pillow
